Bus rides scheduled for residents to weigh in on ‘Clean Water, Clean Beaches’

Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich is once again offering bus service to downtown Los Angeles for those who want to comment on the proposed “Clean Water, Clean Beaches” storm water cleanup fee next Tuesday.
The buses will pick up individuals from several locations around the Santa Clarita Valley beginning at 9 a.m. and transport riders to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors at the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration, 500 W. Temple St. in Los Angeles.
The deadline to reserve a spot on a bus to Tuesday’s meeting is Thursday at 4 p.m.
Many Santa Clarita Valley residents protested the proposed fee during a previous public meeting. Antonovich also opposes the fee.
Pick-up locations for the buses and contact information to secure a seat are as follows:

But Mike, the stormwater from santa clarita, and antelope valley does not go to LA Beaches.
