Hart district WiSH Foundation fundraiser scheduled Sunday

Placerita Junior High School will host a “Run for Gold” benefit this Sunday to raise funds for the William S. Hart Union High School District WiSH Foundation.

Registration begins at 7 a.m. and the run begins at 8 a.m. along the South Fork Trail in Santa Clarita.

Cost is $30 to register for the 5K or 10K run or walk. Kid K registration costs $15. All funds raised benefit the WiSH foundation, which directly supports students in the Hart district.

A breakfast hosted by the SCV Rotary Club follows the run/walk.

Participants can sign up on www.active.com and learn about the WiSH Foundation at www.WiSHscv.org.
