Native American event coming to Newhall

A two-day celebration of Native American heritage, featuring cultural music, dances, food and artisans and vendors, will be held next month at William S. Hart Regional Park, 24151 Newhall Ave., in Newhall.

Sponsored by the Friends of Hart Park in cooperation with the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation, the 21st annual Hart of the West PowWow and Native American Craft Fair will be held Saturday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, Sept. 28, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Admission is free to the public.
