There is no narrative here (probably because there's really nothing to say about it) but I'm guessing this is another "big hit" event in downtown Newhall. Looks like there are 10 people there, as usual.

SCVTV, Stephen Van Peeples (no affiliation) seem to be able to find original local artists playing quite a gamut from acoustic to metal music; I'm sure there are some rappers, turntablists, who'd come forward, too. I have nothing against Japanese folk music and I am totally opposed to lowest common denominator mass media acts. I would think we have someone in city government/parks and recreation that could find a happy medium.
