Regardless of the skies overhead, Saturday figures to be a very starry night for the WiSH Education Foundation.

The foundation, set up to raise money to benefit the William S. Hart Union High School District, will hold a second annual fundraiser Saturday night in the theater at West Ranch High School.

The event, dubbed “A Starry, Starry Night,” is a show featuring stars from two popular television shows — “Dancing With the Stars” and “So You Think You Can Dance.”

“Last year was our inaugural event to announce ourselves to the community,” said Amy Daniels, executive director of the foundation. “And it was a popular and fun way to let the community know what WiSH is all about.”

Daniels said the combined efforts of the WiSH Foundation led to tens of thousands of dollars in donations to serve programs in the Hart district.

“We’re very proud of the impact we’re making and the void we’re filling for the district,” she said.

Tickets are still available for the event, which will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday. For more information on the event or to purchase tickets, head to or call 661-799-9474.
