One person was transported to the hospital after a vehicle went off the road on Bouquet Canyon Road near Lombardi Ranch, according to an official with the California Highway Patrol.

CHP Officer Peter Bishop said the incident was first reported at 5:23 p.m. on Thursday.

Crews were still on scene as of 6 p.m. waiting on a tow truck with to arrive so they can pull up the vehicle, Bishop said.

Bishop said it is unclear whether any other vehicles were involved in the incident.

The condition of the one person transported to the hospital is currently unknown, but a witness report from the scene indicated the victim was up and walking before being taken from the scene.

Northbound, I bet.

What could possibly be more important than the S-curves one is about to negotiate while travelling a mile a minute?

Multitasking is self-delusion. Nobody is good at it.

Driver must have gone off the road after swerving to miss a guy on a bike.
