SCV Healthcare company expands again

U.S. HealthWorks has acquires 5 Atlanta centers

Five new occupational medicine and orthopedic centers have been acquired by Santa Clarita-based U.S. HealthWorks.

A leading operator of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers nationwide, U.S. HealthWorks announced the acquisition of the five new healthcare centers in Atlanta on Tuesday.

“We’re thrilled to expand our presence in Georgia and to welcome Dr. Khan and his team to U.S. HealthWorks,” said Gregory Marotta, senior vice president of National Operations for U.S. HealthWorks.

“As an organization, U.S. HealthWorks is committed to building on Choice Care’s record of success and serving the community.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The latest acquisition brings U.S. HealthWorks’ healthcare centers to 218 nationwide in 19 states with more than 3,300 employees.
