Workers put up the new Haggen sign on April 23 after the Valencia store was acquired by from Albertsons. Last month, Haggen announced one of its two new SCV stores would close. In a $1 billion-plus lawsuit, Haggen acuses Albertsons of critcially damaging its operations following the takeover. ...
