Boys & Girls Club dinner

On Sept. 12, the Santa Clarita Valley Boys & Girls Club will celebrate 40 years of serving the youth of the valley with a 40th Anniversary Celebration and Recognition Dinner. SCAAN benefit month launches

It was a perfect day of wine, cheese and chocolates as Vino 100 and host committee launched a month-long fundraising campaign benefiting the Santa Clarita Autism Asperger Network on Aug.10. More than 50 guests came in support of the event hosted by state assemblyman Cameron Smyth and wife, Lena, city councilmember Laurie Ender and her husband, Chris, and Don and Cheri Fleming.

Harte named honoree for his heart

The Zonta Club of the SCV will honor a familiar face around the Santa Clarita Valley at its annual tribute dinner - Newhall's Duane Harte.
