Sabbath celebration Spicing up a tradition, Temple Beth Ami hosts its annual "Havdalah in the Park" to celebrate the end of the Jewish Shabbath (Shabbat) 4 p.m. today at the Valencia Meadows Park. The event begins with a community picnic and sports games in the afternoon. A service at sundown follows the picnic and games. Most people begin to arrive at 4 p.m., though the service won't begin until about 7:30 p.m. For more information, call (661) 255-6410.
