Corvette Club presents check

By Signal Staff The Santa Clarita Valley Corvette Club recently presented a check in the amount of $4,100 to the Painted Turtle Camp, located in Lake Elizabeth. The funds were the proceeds from the recent All-Corvette Car Show held at Route 66 Classic Grill in Canyon Country. Looking for a wonderful canine companion? Adopt a dog from AngelDogs Foundation Deaf Dog Ranch in Acton. All of our dogs are fixed, up to date on shots, and trained using hand signals. Deaf dogs are highly intelligent and really bond with their owners. They make fantastic pets. Here are just a few of the dogs available at our ranch:

Pets included on holiday shopping lists

On Christmas Day, Vanessa Brookman's son Myles won't be the only one to find a gift underneath the tree. Her dogs Jack and Ginger will also have a few presents to open. Brookman, who lives in Val Verde, wraps toys and treats every year for her pit bulls, which enjoy ripping off the paper and bows. Each dog also has a stocking.
