Does anyone else thing it will seem odd that we're still on daylight saving time when Halloween rolls around on Wednesday? A benefit of the later change back to standard time this year is that it will be easier to spot the trick or treaters on the streets during the early evening. It's a school night, too, so I imagine the kids won't be out too late.
