Today's deadline to mail absentee ballots

Today is the last day voters can mail in their absentee ballots for Tuesday's election. Those unable to mail their ballots today can drop it off at a Los Angeles County polling place on election day or drop it off to the registrar's office in Norwalk, 12400 Imperial Highway.

I-5 accident injures nine
