Deputies make burglary arrest

Santa Clarita Valley sheriff's deputies arrested Saturday four male juveniles and one male adult for residential burglary on the 27300 block of Sierra Highway in Canyon Country, said Lt. Robert Lewis. A neighbor in the Cordova Mobile Estates spotted the unfamiliar-looking suspects leaving an unoccupied residence and called the Sheriff's Station. Deputies caught the suspects walking away from the location with burglary tools in hand, Lewis said. The men are from Castaic, Canyon Country and Rancho Cucamonga and range in age from 14 to 18, Lewis said.
