Kellar's a class act
To The Editor: Mayor Kellar is an original class act. He has done and continues to do so much for our city. There is no council member that I can remember who stands up so strong when addressing issues. He takes them head on. Again, we live in a great city because of the dedication to family and quality-of-life issues that Mayor Kellar believes in and defends.

Fuel efficiency
