Article a soft-money contribution for McKeon

The article announcing the naming of Howard "Buck" McKeon as honorary chairman of "Birdies for the Brave" is an illegal soft-money contribution by The Signal for McKeon on the eve of an election, particularly with the deliberate coverage blackout on his opponent in the general election.
