TMC men can’t fight past Vanguard

The Master's College men's basketball team staged a late charge and had its chances to grab a victory after trailing most of the game Friday night, but the Mustangs came up short against Vanguard at home. The Lions led by as many as 15 points in the second half, and hung on for a 60-59 win.

Mustangs come up short

The Master's College womens basketball team had NAIA No. 2 Vanguard on the ropes. Up one point with just over a minute and a half left in the game, the Mustangs (10-10, 5-6) were unable to close it out on Saturday night at Bross Gymnasium, falling to the Lions (18-2, 11-0) 70-65.
