There are several reasons why the Saugus girls volleyball team, 11-19 last season, is 10-0 this season after a three-set win Wednesday at home over Notre Dame Academy of Sherman Oaks. The list is based on projections of a player's long-term worth after discussions with scouting and player-development personnel.
