Burglary Suspect Caught After Three Months on the Run
Deputies from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff Station's Community Interaction Team (CIT), arrested Jonathan William Maier, MW/19, of Canyon Country, on several felony charges today. With the help of Santa Clarita residents, detectives identified Maier back in October 2008 in connection with a burglary incident in Newhall. Local Gymnasts Make JumpStart National Trampoline Team
Two local gymnasts Kaitlin Schultz, 9, and Zoe Zafman, 12, were selected in December 2008 out of approximately 500 athletes nationwide to participate in JumpStart National Testing in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Jan. 24-25.
