Chipper Smith throws shutout for Cumberland Everything was working on the mound Saturday for former Golden Valley High pitcher Chipper Smith. Smith, who graduated from Golden Valley in 2007, threw a no-hitter for Cumberland University of Tennessee in a 5-0 victory over Point Park University in a seven-inning contest.
