Railroad Avenue project scheduled for Tuesday

Traffic may slow in downtown Newhall on Tuesday due to a road closure. The southbound lane of Railroad Avenue will be closed between 12th Street and Lyons Avenue from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m., city officials said Wednesday.
