Plush rides at Plaza at Golden Valley

People gather around exotic cars lined up on a parking lot near the Target store on Golden Valley Road in Canyon Country on Friday. The display was part of a weekly car show presented by Santa Clarita Cars and Canyons. Car enthusiasts enjoyed displays of more than 60 cars and food from a catering truck, event organizers said.

Mars rover piques preschoolers' curiosity

Dennis Young, of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, brought a minature rover as part of JPL's education and public outreach program to Christ Lutheran Preschool in Valencia on Tuesday.
