Hart High sophomore Myles Franklin was named an All-State sophomore by Cal-Hi Sports. With the website's announcement of the All-State Boys Basketball Underclass team on Monday, Franklin was honored as one of California's top 20 sophomore players. The 5-foot-11 guard averaged 18 points, five assists and two steals per game this past season, which was his second as a varsity starter. He was also honored as a Signal All-Santa Clarita Valley first teamer.
