Brush fire in Lancaster nears containment

A brush fire burning in Lancaster near Avenue K at 110th Street West was 80 percent contained Saturday, said supervising fire dispatcher Art Marrujo, of the Los Angeles County Fire Department. The fire, which broke out Friday afternoon, has burned 80 acres.
