Motorcyclist falls off bike

A 21-year-old Texas resident was riding westbound on Copper Hill Drive, west of Tesoro del Valle Drive when he lost control of his vehicle at about 2 p.m. while changing lanes at about 35 to 40 mph, said California Highway Patrol Officer Michelle Esposito.
