City ranks among top cities for information technology operations

According to the Center for Digital Government, the city of Santa Clarita maintained its rank in 2009 as one of the top 10 municipal information technology operations in the nation, and number one in California among cities with populations of 125,000 to 250,000. Winning cities were chosen via the Center for Digital Government's 9th Annual Digital Cities Survey.

Review: 'The Men Who Stare at Goats'

Bear with me here. Imagine "Ghostbusters" is based on a true story. Imagine the Big Lebowski as a real-life U.S. Army general. All factual, right? That's what "The Men Who Stare at Goats" sort of wants us to believe. I think I sort of do - to a small degree, sort of. "More of this is truer than you would believe," the movie says in an opening title. I'm waiting for the review of this one in Skeptic magazine.
