Colombian orphan comes to Santa Clarita for help

Oscar is a Colombian orphan visiting San Clarita this summer, in hopes of meeting a family that would like to adopt him. Oscar is one in a group of 47 older children from Colombian orphanages who arrived in the U.S. to participate in Kidsave's Summer Miracles program.
