Daniel Otto of the Lightning Patrol is buried under filled backpacks ready for donation to the Department of Children and Family Services. Old Glory Boy Scout Troop 499 recently donated 18 new backpacks filled with school supplies to the local DCFS for children in need. This service project was sponsored by the Lightning Patrol in its effort to earn the BSA National Honor Patrol award.
