JCPenney, SunPower and Integrys include Valencia store in solar commitment

DEPTFORD, N.J. - In a ceremony attended by New Jersey State Assembly Speaker Joseph J. Roberts, J.C. Penney Company, Inc. (NYSE:JCP) , Integrys Energy Services, Inc., and SunPower Corp. (NASDAQ: SPWRA) (NASDAQ:SPWRB) are celebrating today the installation of SunPower solar power systems on five JCPenney stores in New Jersey, totaling approximately 2 megawatts.

Library to host exhibit on Santa Clara River

The Canyon Country Library presents a visual and educational exhibit about the Santa Clara River during library hours from Monday, April 6 to Monday, May 4. An opening reception will be held on Monday, April 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. which will include a wildlife exhibit and refreshments. The exhibit is hosted by the city of Santa Clarita, South Coast Wildlands and Visual Journeys, and the Santa Clara River Trustee Council.
