Association ignores us

I have just learned that the recreation board of the Friendly Valley Homeowners' Association has opted to remove the steps that I personally have always used to walk down to our lawn bowling area. I have heard the rumor that these steps have been "deemed unsafe" and that the recreation Board of Directors is looking for bids to remove the steps with no plans to replace them.
