The Jeff Jensen Band headlined the first day of the Lexus of Valencia Jazz and Blues Concert Series on Friday evening. The band kicked off the 11th year of the concert series at the Valencia Town Center.

The city of Santa Clarita's Newhall Pool will officially open to the public Friday, June 12 at 1 p.m. with a brand new 11 foot long, 9 foot tall yellow slide.
