Embarrassed indeed

In response to "The anti-incumbency aftermath," (Sept. 19): Santa Clarita City Councilwoman Marsha McLean should be embarrassed, but for different reasons. She should be embarrassed that her handling of Planning Commissioner Dianne Trautman revealed hypocrisy and a lack of integrity.

County probation sweep nets weapons, drugs, violators

During searches of residences, persons, vehicles, and businesses in May, D.I.S.A.R.M. officers confiscated 73 weapons, $1.5 million in illegal drugs, and arrested 204 probationers, according to Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich.
