City offers disaster training

The city and the Emergency Network of Los Angeles will host a disaster plan training seminar for faith-based and nonprofit organizations from 8:30 a.m. to noon Feb. 5 at the Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church. Space is limited to 50 people. The deadline to register is Jan. 28.
