Andrew A. Scraper is the Airman of the Quarter for Vandenberg AFB, California. Senior Airman Scraper was also recognized as Airman of the Quarter for the Space Communication Squadron and for the 30th Operations Group. These honors were awarded to Scraper on Oct. 30. SrA Scraper is a graduate of Valencia High School. He is the son of Sally and Keith Scraper of Valencia.
