Locals rid homes of hazardous waste
Santa Clarita Valley residents seized the chance Saturday to drop off loads of old paint, batteries, computers and other materials at College of the Canyons to clean out their homes and to help save the environment.
Lyons Canyon OK with county
On March 23 the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors indicated its intent to approve the Lyons Canyon Ranch project, a residential development of 92 single-family lots and a senior-citizen condominium development of 93 attached units on 235.5 acres located near Newhall in unincorporated Santa Clarita Valley.

Tired of the mess in Washington? Let's get rid of the crooks and thieves in Congress and the Senate. Vote all of them out as they come up for re-election. That means every one of them.
Shame on Smyth
I can't believe the garbage coming out of Cameron Smyth's mouth. If he was so serious about not raising taxes, why did he support Proposition 1A? Please, Smyth, we are not stupid. You are no better than the Democrats. Actually worse. Republicans are supposed to be against taxes. Proposition 1A adds two years of taxes. There are people including myself seeking petitions to have you removed.
