Marks of the mark

Dirk Marks' rather amusing double-speak in his "Noltemeyer inaccurate" letter to the editor (The Signal, Aug. 20) first states that I was inaccurate because the Castaic Lake Water Agency did not file the lawsuit to overturn the National Marine Fisheries Service's biological opinion.
