Who recalls the movie "Soylent Green?" It's in the news that Congress is considering plans to reduce Medicare benefits. According to Section 1233 of H.R. 3200, "America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009," these social engineers plan to introduce mandatory meetings every five years with seniors to discuss their "end-of-life" choices.
