Federal HIPAA law violates parental rights, i.e. requiring doctors or insurance companies to obtain the child's permission for the parents to access and discuss medical records.
Why reform health care?
Why do we need a new health care plan? What's wrong with expanding Medicare? Just start it from day one instead of 62 or 65. The business infrastructure is already there and a large percent of the population is already enrolled. They might have to expand the employee end of the business but that's just more stimulus. That is unless all the scare tactics we've been reading about are true.

City needs to conserve water
A group of us walk at Central Park every morning and have been walking there for many years. Our normal route takes us twice around the ball fields in the front area of the park. Walking on the grass is a pleasure.
