Man carrying gun arrested

Santa Clarita Valley sheriff's deputies arrested Edgar Zuniga, of Sylmar, early Saturday morning for carrying a concealed weapon and possessing drugs, Lt. Mark Hershey said. Zuniga, 29, was standing on a center divider on Bouquet Canyon Road around 3:30 a.m. while his Chevrolet car was stopped in the number two lane on Bouquet Canyon. Road. near Camargo Drive. When the deputy approached Zuniga, he noticed a white sock hanging from the suspect's pant pocket.
