Letter: New health budget by GOP is insane

First of all, I would like to commend The Signal for printing Dr. Bruce Hector's Letter to the Editor, "Universal health care is most fair choice (April 16)," and realizing what a very profound and astute message that the doctor expounded on, and had the good sense to submit the letter to the newspaper for one and all to read.
