Meet Blackie (A4144881), one of the happiest characters at the Castaic Shelter. He is listed as a Tibetan Terrier mix, however we see a mix of flat-coated retriever and a much smaller breed. Don't let those short legs fool you, though. Blackie is fun and energetic, always ready to play and will need plenty of walks.
