The wrong road

I am a library addict, I confess. I have a six- to eight-book-a-month habit. As such, I am very leery of the Santa Clarita City Council's decision to take over from Los Angeles County. It has been hard for the county system to keep up with the plethora of new books. A smaller system would be overwhelmed.
