Gay marriage is not OK

In response to David Warburton's letter, "Bravo to Judge Walker" (Aug. 8): I noticed you thanked God for Judge Vaughn Walker's decision on gay marriage. David Hegg: When world views collide

Since the announcement of Judge Vaughn Walker's ruling on Proposition 8, the media has been blanketed with commentary and insightful responses written by better men and women than me. I don't really know, and quite frankly, I don't really care if she spends millions of her own money to be California's next governor. If nothing else, her money helps the economy, creates lots of employment and plenty of jobs in media and advertising that wouldn't necessarily be there if a pauper like me were running for the state's top office.

Busting misconceptions about investor perceptions

We all know that perception often influences our decisions, yet we catch ourselves and become reminded that what we perceive isn't always what's really going on.
