I became a fan of the Cross Town Cowboys after Ms. Aleks Gajewski's article on the group back in February ("The cowboy life through song," The Signal, Feb. 9).

I am appalled at the lack of concern our school district (the Wm. S. Hart Union High School District) seems to have for the safety of our junior high and high school students regarding transportation to and from school.
