<p>Kiya L. Wilson, of Saugus, was named a 2010 President's Scholar this week with the incoming freshman class at California State University, Long Beach. She will receive a full, four-year scholarship from the university worth more than $50,000. The scholarship covers general student fees, an annual book allowance and paid housing in the campus residence halls for four years.
