There's no debate

There's nothing to debate about gay marriage because marriage is between a man and woman - period. The homosexual movement is trying to purposely offend the majority.

Thank you for the sweet surprise

You cannot imagine my surprise Sept. 12, when I was reading the front-page article titled "In remembrance of their sacrifice," turned to page four and saw the letter being written to my grandson Jonathan Allsman. Jonathan is on his second deployment to Iraq. Tears sprang into my eyes, and I almost really did cry.
