Antonovich calls early release a mockery

LOS ANGELES COUNTY - "Early release is a mockery of the criminal justice system," said Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich on the Sheriff's release of more than 200 criminals from the County jail system this week. "Criminals are sent to jail to serve time for a crime.
