Dogs at Castaic Shelter
CJ, (pictured at right) a handsome seven-year-old rottweiler mix, knows sit, stay, and come and would make a great family dog. A victim of divorce, CJ's owner decided they couldn't keep him anymore. We don't know if he's good with other animals or not, but we do know he's a sweetheart who likes to give kisses. Animal #A1337064.

A 35-year-old Chatsworth woman was killed Saturday on San Francisquito Canyon Road in a head-on collision, California Highway Patrol officers reported.
