LOS ANGELES, Calif. - In celebration of the 200th birthday of America's 16th President, the Benjamin Shapell Family Manuscript Foundation has loaned 18 rarely seen autographed letters from its Lincoln Collection to the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.
