Video Game Review: 'Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time'

Ratchet and Clank, the lombax/robot duo now starring in their ninth video game, may not be as famous as some other lovable mascots, like Mario and Sonic the Hedgehog. They haven't gotten their own Saturday morning cartoon show, cereals or plush toys. And they haven't been spun off into sports games, kart racers or pinball games.

McKeon to Administration: 'Where are the jobs?'

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Rep. Howard P. "Buck" McKeon (R-Santa Clarita), issued the following statement in response to the Administration's latest claims that the stimulus has successfully created jobs:

"The Obama Administration is embarrassingly trying to spin the American public with recent claims that the so-called economic stimulus package has 'created or saved' a million jobs or more. The American people are smarter than that. The truth is Americans have lost three million jobs since the stimulus passed.

Scratching my head

Is anyone else as puzzled as I am over The Signal's endorsements for the WIlliam S. Hart Union High School District board? SCV -- Hollywood's Backlot: Jeff Sutphen

"I've always wanted to work in the entertainment industry. I knew from an early age that this is what I wanted to do," said Jeff Sutphen, the star of Nickelodeon's new hit game show "BrainSurge" - a show that tests contestant and viewer's memory and concentration skills. At an early age Sutphen and his childhood friends would make hilarious home videos that eventually led them to create and star in their very own weekly sketch show that aired locally on their cable access channel. However, that was just the tip of the iceberg for Jeff Sutphen.

Busting misconceptions about investor perceptions

We all know that perception often influences our decisions, yet we catch ourselves and become reminded that what we perceive isn't always what's really going on. With the constant barrage of information available in today's 24/7 world, it's important to not get caught up in the day-to-day market volatility and news headlines.
